OVULATION
So I heard from a friend that she saw someone in regards to fertility and they advised her that once her ovulation test peaks/spikes its too late and the best time to baby dance is right before the test spikes/peaks. She followed what she said after a year of trying and after a few months of doing that - she fell pregnant.
Anyone follow this? baby dancing before it spikes/peaks rather than waiting for it be the same colour or darker than the test line???
