My little boy is 6 weeks today and still has jaundice. His pediatrician told is that it is not pathological and that it should go away by its own. He was at 11 four weeks ago, 10 two weeks ago and 9 last week, so the levels are going down but very slowly. I dont know if it could be breastmilk jaundice or what. Has anyone gone through something similar?? When should I expect him to not be yellow anymore?

I know that breastmilk jaundice can last til 12weeks but our pediatrician hasnt told us about breastmilk jaundice, she just keeps saying it will go away (he looks less yellow everyday but still is considerably yellow).
