Burning and Bleeding After Sex?!?!

Hey guys! So I’m on day 12 of my period (just started depo-provera) and my flow today was pretty much just spotting, not enough to put a tampon in and didn’t have to change my pantyliner throughout the day.

I decided to have sex with my boyfriend tonight, and he ejaculated in me. It burned like a b**** after we were done, and still does 30 minutes later. My vagina is so swollen, and I can’t pee! I feel like I was lubricated enough during sex for sure...

This happened the first time we ever had sex, but after that it was normal and didn’t burn when he came in me or anything.

NOW I am getting bright red blood in my underwear, enough to probably put a light tampon in.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I go to a doctor? Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thank you for the help!
