Feeling horrible :/

Im 37 weeks 3 days and ive been starting to feel horrible im sleepless at nights i get really bad heartburns with headaches,pain in my hands plus ive started to notice sum swelling down there and pressure like if the baby is gunna come out really uncomfortable feeling...any girls out there going through the same is it normal or is it a sign that your close to labor???
