Mummy yummy exercises 🏃‍♀️

Hey ladies!

Does anyone know any good exercises that get rid of your mummy tummy? I’ve seen dozens of Pinterest posts etc but they all require you to watch videos or download the exercise plan and such, and I just don’t have the energy for that. Thus, I come to you my ladies for advice!

If you have a screenshot/photo of an exercise plan, that’s even better! The simpler, the better 💪
