Divorcing an inmate
Don’t know where else to turn but, I am married to someone who unfortunately is incarcerated and we both agreed on divorce does anyone know the process on how I can go about this. I know it suppose to be free if inmate files but my husband is saying other wise so I’m just going to file on my own and have no idea where to start. So does anyone have advice?
