One year old constipated
Started the switch to regular milk and today my baby is constipated. He has not pooped yet but I can tell he is pushing and trying to... I need advice on what to do 😭 he isn’t purely just drinking milk... he has been eating fruits and veggies... foods like whole wheat bread and beans... I feel so bad. What do I do??
