Baby won’t let me put him down

So my baby is 3 months old. I feel like I can NEVER set him down. For his naps he wakes up as soon as I try to lay him down so he ends up sleeping in my arms or I take a nap with him. (Trying to break that habit)

I swaddle him at night so that’s not a problem, but during the day I can get absolutely nothing done. He won’t stay in his bouncer for more than 5-10 minutes, and when he’s on his back maybe 10 minutes? I can’t keep just holding him all day but I don’t want him screaming like he does. I need advice please
