When did your babies begin to crawl?

Question

My son is 8 months and he gets in crawling position 
Does raises
But doesn’t exactly crawl. 
He will literally fall on his face, every time. 
I wanted to know if anyone has experienced this and if it’s normal?
P.s. he loves walking in the walker and being put to stand up, he is more interested in standing & walking than crawling.

My son does the same and he is 7.5 months. I'm convinced he will walk before he crawls lol.

My son looked like he was ready to crawl around 6 months! I swear he was going to crawl early, but he didn’t. He actually learned how to get himself into a sitting position first and then he didn’t seem interested in crawling! Right before he turned 9 months, he started to crawl. My brother in law started playing with a remote control car and my son crawled after it. 😂
He actually crawls with his left knee on the ground and his right foot. We call it the Gollum crawl!
Try to encourage crawling with a toy (like a remote control Lamborghini for instance 😂) or excited clapping! 
Some babies skip crawling and go straight to walking. Good luck with your little babe!

My first never crawled my second was about 8/9m. Crawling isn’t a developmental milestone though so don’t worry about it
