IUD Merina question?

Ladies who have the IUD when you and your S/O have sex does he feel your strings? If he does what does he say about it?

My doctor told me to not even mention the strings to him because if he knows they're there he will think he feels them. He hasn't said anything.

He can't feel the strings at all.

At first my DF could feel them pricking him, after afew weeks he couldn't but I could. Now neither of us can feel them.

So was no one else told to let their uterus lining thicken? Is my doctor being over the top? She said not doing this increases risk is misscarriage?

​But I had my dr cut them short from the beginning.

He said he could feel them... But he either got used to it or was imagining it cause he didn't mention it after a while x

When I had mirena my husband could feel my strings, so I went back to the doctor and got them cut more
