Day two of This rash, please help?

It’s pretty much all of her body now, everyone says heat rash. But it’s 30 degrees in my state right now. This is day two! It’s on her butt. Back, everywhere besides hands, feet, arms and legs. But her back, stomach and butt covered.

The same happened to my son. He's very sensitive to body wash. We ended up using low dose hydrocortisone as prescribed by his pediatrician, since no other remedies worked. But I'm always for trying natural remedies first

Yeah that def looks like eczema to me. We love aveeno eczema cream for mild flair ups and for more serious ones we have a prescription cream for it. 
You can also do oatmeal or breastmilk baths if you have either of those. I hear they help tremendously. If it doesn’t clear up with at home treatments you can usually call your pediatrician and they can send a prescription over.

Looks like eczema I wouldn’t worry unless she has a fever or is acting different than normal. My son has awful eczema we use aquaphor at every diaper change and a low steroid ointment as needed

Probably eczema brought on by cold weather. Happens with my son.
