Hi. I have this large Buddha tapestry that I would love to hang up in my bedroom wall, but I don’t want to do so without knowing if it’s respectful or not. Though I am not a Buddhist and am a believer in Jesus Christ, I have SO much respect for Buddha and I love the energy and sense of peace that his presence brings. I am still currently learning more about Buddha, and I would love to hang the tapestry in my room because I struggle from anxiety and depression and Buddha brings me this sense of peace and calmness, but I would NEVER want to disrespect him or his followers by doing something that is considered disrespectful.

Also, I would like to ask, do you think it’s wrong that I believe in both Buddha and Jesus? I know these are two different religions and am just wondering. I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ and though i’m not a Buddhist/follower of Buddha, I still respect him so much.

Please don’t be rude in the comments. If it is disrespectful, please just educate me. Keep in mind I am still learning about this. Thank you very much for your help in advance.
