WTF?!

I just need to vent for a moment...
He has done fucking nothing for Mother’s Day as of right now. He hasn’t even said happy Mother’s Day to me. He went to the store...no flowers. Nothing! What the fuck?! This coming from the guy who wants to have sex?! Why would I when you can’t even show that you appreciate that I’m the mother of your fucking children?! I think I officially dislike Mother’s Day.

The only thing that comes to mind is kill him with kindness. Don’t react like this to him, instead maybe ask did you wish your mom a happy Mother’s Day today? That way it brings it up, but doesn’t show how upset you are. Hopefully that would bring him to realization of what he missed out on, or forgot to say. Sorry!

I told my husband all I wanted was to have the morning to either rest or get in the hot tub with him and drink a cup of coffee. Neither of those things happened. After I got the baby back to sleep in the morning he started playing call of duty. I tried not to have a bad day so I just went in the other room and cleaned. Happy Mother’s Day to me. 😑 oh he did go out later that day and get me a card. (That he didn’t even read first)😒

My husband asked what I wanted for Mother's Day like a week ago. I told him all I wanted was to sleep in for once and time for a nice long soaking bath. Did I get either of those? Nope. Had a rushed shower and was up feeding the baby. Although I can't complain because he did tell me Happy Mother's Day and got me some gifts. But still.. I literally told him only two things and neither of them cost any money lol. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Mine was a jerk and made me cry fighting with me and then I had to try to make it better then he asked what I wanted. Ugh then I wanted to take a 10min relaxing bath and he wanted to go outside for a drink and smoke while baby is awake , I said no why cant u give me this time to bath and relax and not worry about her being alone and awake.. then my bath stucked the water wasn’t warm enough and wouldn’t get warmer for some reason.. so I feel ya. It wasn’t the best day.. except enjoying being with my baby

I got some potted flowers and a card. Oh and excuses as to why he didn’t put forth more effort. He also didn’t do anything to make me feel special or to allow me to rest. We have been together 8 years and he has never done so little for me on a special occasion. I can only think it’s because he is tired and worn out. I’m sorry your SO didn’t do anything special for you bc you’re special mamma! ❤️
