Announcement ideas for my Mom’s bday?

We’re waiting to tell our families until after the first scan since I had a chemical last year and we’re trying to be cautious.

I just made the appointment for my first scan and realized right after that it’s the day before my mom’s birthday! She’s going to be so excited! The problem is with Covid and everything I don’t know how I can surprise her! We live on the other side of the country to begin with so it’s not like I could just pop over with a wrapped up sonogram photo or something.

She doesn’t know how to use the internet really, my dad could probably help her open an email maybe? They don’t have cell phones or a webcam so a video call is out of the question. I’d like to do something more fun than just telling her over the phone but I’m at a total loss.
