Is possible to change sleeping schedule?
I was just wondering if is it possible to adjust sleeping routine? My boy used be good sleeper, wake up around 7-8, last couple of months he is waking up earlier.His schedule is:
Wake up sometime between 5.45-6.20
1 nap 8.30-10.00
2 nap 1.30-3.00
bedtime around 6.45
I just wanted to ask if anyone tried to adjust treir routine and how? As I would rather had his bedtime later with waking up later. but 5.45am wake up is killing me😭 if he would for example wake up 7am and bedtime 7 or 8 thats what I aim for but dont know how to do it😒🙁
