It’s been 3 months since my last period (Feb7-13) 
I had protected/unprotected sex (March 5) 
And I took a pregnancy test today and it turned out negative so I’m wondering what could I be going through?

You have to get your hormones checked out. Thyroid, pituitary gland and fsh . If your stressed out or eating  poorly it will effect you. Also have them check for pcos . I wasn’t getting my period after my son was born and I found out that I have pcos. I switch to a keto diet and I have my period with no problem every month.
