Need advice as im breasfeeding, pumping and supplementing

Im just overwhelmed and dont know what i should be doing. After i had my baby, day 2 the hospital lactation consultant observed and decided the baby wanted more milk than I was producing so had me supplement with the medela sns tube feeding system until my milk came in. I went home and kept using the system, milk came on day 6/7. I tried breasfeeding without the supplement but baby was angry and hungry so I kept using it everytime i fed the baby. After a week the lactation consultant from hospital checked in i explained what i was doing she told me to pump after I breastfeed to increase my supply. So i started pumping and bottlefeeding the milk which wasnt much so i kept supplementing. The sns system got messed up so now im formula bottlefeeding, pumped milk bottle feeding and breasfeeding. It just seems baby is only full after the bottles. When I pump in the morning,i get maybe 3 to 4 oz max. During the day, sometimes I'm lucky to get 1 to 2 oz. I pump maybe 4 to 5 times a day, breasfeeding is random but maybe 5 times a day and formula bottles like 3 or 4 times a day..which is mostly just overnight. I want to wean off the formula but with breasfeeding hes usually hungry again right after. What should i do?
