OPK , tracking BBT, tracking CM, and sticking in a menstrual cup after sex. Took us 7 months. The only thing I did differently that 7th month was use a menstrual cup. I fully believe thats what helped me

1. Cycle regulated after 10 years of bc 
2. OPKS
3. preseed 
I’m currently trying for my 2nd and have regular cycles, use preseeed and OPKS every month and I’m on month 3 of TTC. 
I don’t know what helps anymore 😔

Sex every 2-3 days when my period ended til next was due 🤷🏻‍♀️ pregnant the first month trying 4 times. No OPKs, no special vitamins or anything needed 🙃

Not stressing.  All the ovulation tests and planned sex and negative pregnancy tests really started to ware me out. Lots of tears and frustration. Finally I said fuck it and stopped.  Got pregnant that cycle when hubby and I played hookie from work and stayed in bed all day lol.

Tracking using OPK Clearblie digital and regular sex around ovulation and after.  
I also had a laparoscopy the month before I fell pregnant.  My Ob told me that after a laparoscopy pregnancy happens quickly as the tubes are all cleared and free of any obstructions.  My laparoscopy was exploratory to check for endo which was mercifully clear ✌️

stopped trying, stopped stressing. just let it happen. didn’t worry about my ovulation date, didn’t worry bout testing w opks. just trusted my body. i saw my ewcm and made sure to baby dance that day. other than that BD 2-3x a week.
