A bird paralysed my boyfriend.

So, 6 days after my boyfriend's 20th birthday he was on his way to work on his motorcycle. Doing no more than 30MPH, he was coming up from a corner and out of no where a pigeon hit the right side of his face.

He had lost control of his bike and had no run off area, and he ended up straight into a fence snapping his spinal cord and spine just below his neck. T3 paralysed. From the chest down.

He spent 4 months in hospital, and was told he will never walk again. He struggled to do things like simply balance himself when sitting.

He is a true biker, and vowed to get back on a bike... and he has done it 4 times since. He now plays wheelchair rugby and is a very positive person. He is really good with my son and he is an amazing person all round.

On the 27th August it is the 3rd anniversary of his crash, and I want to make a hard day special for him, making special memories with him and cheering him up.

Any suggestions on what I can do? He is my pride and joy and I really want to show this to him! He makes me so proud.
