I NEVER get nauseated! 6dpo

I seriously have only been nauseated one time in my life (my 1st pregnancy). I don’t even get nauseas when I have the flu. I was a little sick yesterday but I thought it was from being over tired. I slept really well last night and even napped today and around 3:30 I got my overwhelming nausea. I’m only 6dpo so this seems strange but does anyone think this may mean I’m pregnant?? My husband and I got pregnant our first try with baby #1 and this is our first cycle for baby #2.
