Pap Smear bleeding (please help)

I’m 9 weeks and 4 days

Yesterday I had a Pap Smear and ultrasound and baby was all good, she had put silver nitrate due to me bleeding, so yesterday I had spotting then this morning it went away and now the bleeding seems a bit more is this normal? I’m kinda freaking out I don’t want anything to happen to my baby :(
