Vaginal Delivery Without Pushing

I'm a FTM and delivered on 4/9 to a beautiful baby boy. I was totally expecting to do the usual dilate to ten centimeters and push him out. Instead, he was already crowning when the nurse checked my progress after a couple hours. I was only 5.5 cm a couple hours earlier. That epidural was working really well! I felt the pressure and knew he was coming down but had no idea I was crowning. My delivery lasted all of 5 minutes after that, without pushing! He just popped right out. The doctor barely had time to get in position 🙂. I even asked if i should push. but doctor and nurses all yelled no! Lol

I was just curious if any other moms, especially FTMs, that had similar stories and didn't push in a vaginal delivery.
