PMS change?

Has anyone else's PMS symptoms changed as you gotten older. I used to never really have any other than being more emotional. But now, over the past year maybe things are totally different. There have been so many times where I thought I was pregnant but it just turned out to be my PMS symptoms are changing I guess.
I get lightheaded, my breasts hurt extremely bad, I just feel totally different.

I went from just cramping and slight bloating to extreme fatigue, painful cramping, very emotional, and really tender breast over the last few cycles. I though I was pregnant a few times because of it. lol 🤣

Yes. Your symptoms can change as often as every cycle to as infrequently as every few years. Its why people are urged not to symptom spot.

Yes mine have gotten so much more severe as I have gotten older, but I think it from PCOS.
