When did your baby blues get better??

I wish someone would of warned me about this. It’s so much harder than I thought it would be

I was super emotional the first two weeks but after that I started to feel so much better. I had an apt with my ob 5 days postpartum due to high blood pressure and they asked me how I was feeling and it took everything in me not to cry my eyes out and I didn’t even know why. When I went back for my 6 week PP visit I was completely fine.

After I got to sleep through the night a few nights. I pumped and my husband too a feeding each night. I felt so much clearer afterwards.

My true baby blues went away after a couple weeks. During that time I would sob at nothing and then be giddy a moment later over the sillest things. Definitely crazy hormonal imbalance. 😂 I then had what I think was pretty bad PPA until my son was about 5.5 months

From what I’ve read, if you don’t start to feel better after 2-3 weeks you should speak to your Dr. Normal baby blues doesn’t last months on end.

When I went back to work and had someone to talk to. My daughter was not an easy newborn.
