Am I wrong for being annoyed (read before vote)

So for mother’s day my MIL (who I already don’t particularly like from things she’s done to me in the past) gives me a card . The card reads “Happy Mother’s Day, I know you’ll be a great mom to my peanut” and it kind of annoyed me because once again she’s making something about herself. I feel like she could have easily said I’ll be a great mother to my son. But if course it’s I’ll be a great mother to HER grandchild. I know it’s small and silly but it’s bothering me .
