Does anybody else see a faint line

So last month I went for my 6 weeks check up my ob gave me a pregnancy test it came back a with a noticeable faint line. So they did blood work my results came back negative. Okay so yesterday I felt very nauseous I did have to throw up but for the rest of the night I still felt nauseous even now. Something told me to look at my glow app to check when my period suppose to come on. It suppose to came on Mother’s Day. I took a pregnancy test at 7:15 and this is how it came back 😭. My tailbone has been giving me problems this week (tailbone was giving me problems my first pregnancy with my daughter and after I had her it eventually stopped) thats another reason I feel like I am.
