I couldn’t eat right after I felt super sick and nauseous. But after an hour or so I ate chicken. The rest of the day I felt extremely tired and nauseous but by the next morning I was feeling much better.

I had toast and some water. Then I took a nap. It seemed to help alot

I had toast and peanut butter. I felt horrid after the test as well so it was all I could stomach at the time. (I passed with flying colours btw so feeling sick after the test is not necessarily an indication of having GD. I was worried I would fail because the lab tech seemed concerned that I was so nauseated)

I had a wrap with sliced banana and Nutella
