Prayers please

Hello ladies. I just wanted to share with you that i took a hpt and found out on Thursday im pregnant. I went to the doctor on Monday and they did confirm that i had a positive pregnancy test. I haven’t been wanting to get my hopes up because I’ve already had an ectopic back in September 2019 and had a miscarriage on April 4th 2020. (7weeks pregnant).

I had an ultrasound on Monday and my biggest fear, there was no sac... the doctor said it could probably be that im very early but to come back again today and tomorrow to monitor since I’ve already had a history of an ectopic pregnancy...

I really am trying to stay positive and my husband wants me to be positive, but its so difficult to stay 100% because the last time the doctor said it might be too early it turned out being ectopic and had to have surgery. And second time around i had a miscarriage and this time im so terrified and worried. I wish i could just be happy seeing that positive in the pregnancy test but im just filled with worry and heart break....

Please if its not much to ask, can you ladies say a prayer for me?
