Help with US photos

So my appt yesterday my doctor thinks I may of had a blighted ovum because my dates are 2 weeks off and there’s no baby in the sac. I have another ultrasound next week so I’m praying for good news but I’m looking at the photos and there’s like something lighter in the sac and I can’t help but wonder what it may be. Can anyone help? I circled it in the second photo to show where I’m seeing the lighter color. Thanks🥺
