What’s the best safe stool softener for pregnancy I’m dying over here ?!

My Dr gave me colace

Same boat here. I currently (per OB advice) take 3 colace capsules, 2 doses of Metamucil and one dose of Miralax daily. It is finally helping. OB wants me to limit the Miralax to two doses per week if possible (but I’m not sure that will be possible).
