Pain behind belly button?

Hey folks! I’m 4 w 3d and for the last two days I’ve had general soreness behind my belly button. It’s not cramping, but just soreness in that pretty acute area. I’ve done some reading and it sounds like it could be the uterus stretching right behind it. Has anyone else felt this?

I’ve been feeling this for days, I get full cramps all over and I’m the same as you, it’s our body preparing for the baby to get bigger so our muscles are stretching. It’s nothing to worry about
