10 weeks 5 days and some brownish pink spotting

Called doctor and they say it’s common and it could be from endometrium and use of applicator, but I’m still so nervous. I just stopped progesterone oil at exactly 10 weeks and I’m supposed to stop endometrium at 12 weeks. It makes me so nervous. And now to have a little spotting on panty liner anyone have similar story and have positive outcome??
