Can a man take prenatal vitamins?

Me and my fiancé are trying to conceive. And I was wondering if he can also take prenatal vitamins? I looked it up online and 4 of 5 doctors recommended they do take it (it’s hard to trust the internet) but I just want to make sure this is safe for him to take . 
I’m currently taking the Kirkland brand so he would also use this !

He can. It's a multivitamin, it's not going to hurt him. It won't do anything for his fertility but from what I've heard from men who have taken them, his hair will probably grow very fast.

Yes. There are loads that specifically cater to male reproductive function. My dh used Wellman Conception in the months before our ivf. Taking a supplement that includes l-arginine, zinc and vitamin E is very good for sperm production. Recommended by our dr for both times doing ivf. Ask your dr or pharmacist :) also- it’s best if he starts taking it 3 months prior to ttc but better late than never.

They’re just vitamins so theoretically, yes. Woman’s verses men’s vitamins just have to do with the different kinds and strengths targeted for each gender. They make male fertility vitamins, why not try those?
