Updated: FL/BPD Ratio low?

We had an elective US yesterday, and just today i noticed that the femur length/biparietal diameter ratio is slightly outside of range.

Ours was 68.62%, and normal range for any gestation over 23 weeks is 71.0-87.0%. Measurements below.

I have already messaged my OB asking about this, but am waiting on pins and needles. 😬 😭

Indications i could find online (I know, I know) were “large head” or skeletal dysplasia/fetal dwarfism. One source also mentioned hydrocephalus. I hate Google.

Has anyone been slightly out of range, and everything was OK?
