30 weeks + people who been walking ???😒

I been trying to walk one lady told me she was jogging at 30 weeks I’m 33+2 I can barley breathe going to the bathroom or room to room ????

I walk about 5-6 mi a day at 35+3 but am cramping/contractions by the end. My stomach is a tight ball the whole time I walk!

Still walking, but a much slower pace than usual. Since I have to pee so much, I usually don’t get too far from home just in case. So 20 minutes is about my limit.

I’m still walking but I definitely had to go on shorter walks with having to pee every 5 min lol

I’m 37 weeks and make sure to walk a few miles most days, just to keep my body moving - I think it really helped my stamina for my first labour. But hell no to jogging lol

I havent able to walk much at all due to very bad lower back pain. Plus everytime I try I need to urinate. 🤣 I do often feel guilty that I haven't been exercising much during this pregnancy but as long as my baby is healthy that's all I care about.

34 weeks, I take 10 minute walks to strengthen my muscles to help with my SPD (also known as pelvic griddle pain) I probably would take 5 minutes to do said walk if I weren't pregnant though 😂

I can still jog, my stomach just gets REALLY tight which then makes it hard to breath. 
But 37 weeks Saturday and I definitely can still jog/walk just causes lots of discomfort

I'm 37 weeks and any activity in the last month has given me mad cramps and Braxton Hicks. The midwife told me to take it easy. Listen to your body, everyone is different

I'm 34 weeks and work on my feet 30 hours a week still but I'm thinking of finishing up in 2 weeks, I have a prosthetic aortic valve and I'm starting to find myself short of breath, it's annoying
