HELP! I’m looking for a lightweight facial moisturizer!

I don’t have oily or dry skin, but get kind a little eczema spot on my face when my face wash and toner are just a little bit to harsh. Please help me find something thats not going to break me out and won’t feel heavy while I’m at work and outside.

This past winter I was on the hunt for a good moisturizer, this was lightweight & very moisturizing. If not look into Brands like Aveeno where they specialize in treating eczema.
