This cleanser saved my life! It’s available at all store major stores and drug stores. Benzoyl peroixde is the number one fighting acne ingredient. Start by using it once a day for the first week at night, follow up with a gentle fragrance free moisturizer like cerave pm face lotion or even use the differin moisturizer. If your skin tolerates it well (which it should) start using it in the morning as well and follow up with a fragrance free sunscreen! I started seeing improvements after just two weeks. I recommend watching Dr.Dray on youtube. She has so many videos about acne and specifically adult acne as well. She’s recommended this cleanser in her videos. She’s great because she explains the science and the ingredients in products.

Have you been assessed for any allergies? How is your diet? 
Try drinking more water (1 L) a day, do an elimination diet (to figure out what foods are triggering your acne, if possible), take a daily probiotic and this product by Hum Nutrition (available at Sephora and their website) really helped improve my acne. They also make a probiotic for skin (skin heroes).
