I don't know what this is but, having been in the military, I'm imagining that some screams at you that you only have two minutes to eat, so you shovel whatever you can into your mouth as quickly as possible?

Just fyi. It has NOTHING to do with the military lol. It's just a low cal diet some recruit came up with or something. I wouldn't do it because it's not sustainable in the least bit. Change your habits instead of trying fad diets.
