Help conceiving ?

I have asked a few friends that have kids about any extra help conceiving , and they have told me to start take a prenatal because of the folic acid . But I am also wondering if I should look into other things , I found these pills on Amazon called conception that have sooo many positive tests in the reviews ! I'm desperate ! Help!

I dint think you should order pills online, if you have fertility issues seek professional help. 
If not then dint just start taking pills that could actually be counterproductive. 
Pre natals are fine as ideally you'd want folic acid in your system before you conceive to give that embryo the best shot, as is CoQ10 (for both men & women) as it improves egg & sperm quality. 
A healthy diet, cut down in caffeine/alcohol etc and up the dark green leafy veggies ☺️👌🏾

Those supplements are geared mostly towards women who are not ovulating or have pcos typically 
They can actually mess up your cycle if you have a regular cycle 
If you have no medical issues or underlying problems I would try naturally for a while before trying any supplements
