I need some advice on tsh

So I've always had borderline thyroid problems but havent been on any meds for it since before having my daughter almost 2 year ago. But I am now 8 weeks 3 days with baby number 3 and my tsh levels or thyroid levels was at 4.596 which is high, I am planning on calling my dr tomorrow to discuss medicine. I dont want to have a miscarriage and I'm scared with my levels being high that's what will happen
