Feel like I’m on my period

On May 8th I got a BFN then I tested again on the 10th and got another BFN. On the 12th I was having light cramps and the normal PMS. ( extremely moody since the 11th ) Today which is the 13th, I was suppose to get my period but never started bleeding. I’m having my normal cramping were you feel like your about to shit yourself 😂body aches, back pain and extreme fatigue. If I’m pregnant then I’m 4 weeks and 1 day. My S/O birthday is in two weeks so I would really like to find out if I am or not so I can plan the announcement for his birthday.

Has anyone felt like they were on there period and turned out to be pregnant ?
