I take S’moo which has inositol in it (I previously took the powdered formula on its own but it was hard to stomach) and it was strongly advised by the creator that when you discover you’re pregnant to discontinue use immediately. Very helpful to regulate your cycle though!!

I take inositol and vitex, got my period back after 4 months, this will be month 1 TTC

My dr recommended this for pcos. I took this specific brand and it did nothing. I was also allergic to it, it made my lips swell and get red sores. I don’t have insulin resistance though, and this is supposed to help with that

I’ve heard only good reviews for these two taken together. I just started taking ovasitol which is the same thing and I’m waiting to see how it works. I came across it from my dr and apparently a lot of other drs recommend it for pcos help.

No!!! I took those for 2 months, it made my hormones crazy, my face broke out and I had extreme cramping in between periods. It could work for you though, just be careful.
