Not getting off 😕

Hi gals! So I've been with my first bf for 6 months and I haven't done anything sexual with anyone else so he's my first and I'm kinda his first too and what I mean by that he's been one person but never really experience sexually if u know what I mean.

So just a few months ago we have been sexually active but haven't actually had intercourse yet. We're not allowed to go to each other's houses bc of my mom and I have to respect that.....but my bf and I do our thing In his car.

He hasn't been doing much with me as much as I do for him because it takes me too long to finish and I never finish with him and I haven't been able to and it's kinda embarrassing. I feel kinda bad because ik it takes so much time and arm muscle to get me there 😂😂😂, but I also feel kinda rushed like he's tired of doing it even if he doesn't say it in those exact words...

Idk what's going on or how to tell him what I like. I don't really feel that he has the patience to actually learn what I like. He tries but I can feel that he wants me to just finish. Idk what to do do y'all have any advice?
