Is it rape?

If a man is heavily under drug influence and cannot remember if he raped a woman, is it still rape? Should I even be upset still? (This situation occurred a long time ago. He used to abuse drugs but now he’s clean but doesn’t remember anything for those years he abused drugs. We’re not together anymore and barely on speaking terms so I’m alright. Sometimes I just wonder about it because ive never abused drugs).

Edit: when I say I never abused drugs, meaning I never used them. I wasnt under the influence, only he was. He would get very high off of multiple things at once and if he were to start trippin or tweaking, either he would walk himself to my house (he lives literally 2 streets over) or other people would bring him to my house for me to care for him. Sorry for being confusing I should’ve been more clear on that part. Also the day of the incident, we were just speaking and I was trying to calm him down because he was hallucinating but then when he became calm he started talking about wanting me and I kept saying no... I rather not go into detail but things happened and he was stronger than me and I kept fighting until I physically couldn’t anymore but it’s like he didn’t feel any pain even when I kicked him. I will take the advice to seek professional help. The thing is, is I’m not sure exactly what to say. I’ve bought it up to 2 therapists I’ve had in the past (one Im still currently having sessions with) but they don’t say much about the incident but seeing as to how some of you are confused, i guess i need to explain to my current therapist better and in more detail. And about it being such a serious topic on an app where some girls are young, I decided to post it in the adult relationship group because I didn’t want a younger girl viewing this. But if she, whoever she is, does then at least she could gain knowledge from you gals’ replies and never end up in a messed up situation like this 😣
