What is the most comfortable way to sleep with an ear infection ?

I am 16 weeks pregnant w a horrible ear infection in my left ear that caused a ruptured ear drum & the ear infection has now spread to my right ear also. I am on my 3rd day of amoxicillin & tylenol 1000 every 3 hours that is doing absolutely NOTHING for the pain. I have a very good pain tolerance, I had my first baby w no pain medication no problem & id rather do that 20 more times than deal w this pain another 20 minutes 😭😭😭 it is unbearable & at night laying down trying to sleep is the worst even if I prop myself up😭 I wake up crying and shaking bc I am in so much pain😭  i have a 9 month old to take care of & I have gotten probably 4 hours of sleep in the last 3 days😭 HELP

did they not give you drops ?i get them often sadly and i get prescribed these. helps much more than anything else. twice a day lay down and put them in massage and go to sleep. i'd call and ask for some

I used to get horrible ear infection one actually ended up spreading to the bone in my skull and what I’ve always done to help the pain the most is get a cotton ball heat it up with a blow dryer and put it in your ear. The heat always helped soothe the pain more than anything else for me
