Induction day! Cytotec?!

Hi ladies going Im going in in 2 hours for induction! I am 1cm dilated, and she said my cervix was soft but not 100% there. I’ve been dealing with elevated BP the entire pregnancy so it’s time to evict baby boy! I’m 39w3d.
They said they will be starting with Cytotec and then moving to pictocin. Anyone been induced with Cytotec? How long did it take?
Wish my luck! So nervous 😬

I got my first pill at 1 this morning. Then around 6 they gave me another and I was already contracting on my own regularly. Started pitocin at 10. Epidural at 11. I was a 1 when I got here now I'm a 4. It's taking its time on me lol

I’ll be induced with Cytotec in a few days due to increasing BP too and my cervix is only soft as well 
I actually had to take it for a miscarriage two years ago and my body responded quickly and it caused contractions as well. I’ve heard some women respond really good to it compared to cervadil and don’t even need the Pitocin to get the contractions started. Best of luck!!
