5 yr old forgot to go to the bathroom

Sense the lock down started and everything is closed his school got closed and the parks are closed so when he finally gets to be around other kids he pees himself at first i was like ok i lt was an accident and we have been goin up to see his great grandma every weekend where he can play in her yard and be around other people we doesnt stop to go to the bathroom 2 weekends ago he was playing with my 10 yr old sister and he didnt wanna stop to go to the bathroom so that whole weekend he would pee himself.. After the first time i told him he has to stop and go potty he said he was sorry changed his clothes and went on his way saying he understands well an hour later he did it AGAIN he said it was an accident so he changed again i told him of he did it again ill put him in a adult diaper and he will stay in one all weekend well he didnt pee the diaper so we put him back in his underwear last weekend NOT ONE ACCIDENT so i thought that punishment worked well today he was getting ready for bed and he walked over by me and my SO and said someone smelled like poop but it wasnt him... He tried hiding his pants and underwear that he pooped and peed in he said it was an accident i asked him y he didnt go potty he said he didnt wanna stop watching his shows so i took his t.v. away and he got a shower idk how to get him to stop this habit it didnt start until after EVERYTHING including his school got closed
