Hpv confused

Okay mommies so I’m currently pregnant an went too the dr for Pap smear etc an ended up getting the news on my last recent appointment I’m hpv positive an the dr said I didn’t have it with my last pregnancy which was a year ago so how in the world did I get I told my hubby but things just aren’t the same I don’t know what too think I stay home too all 3 kids too get punished I’m confused am clueless also the dr said it’s not bad right now that we might not have too get anything done cause my immune system is fighting it but slowly
