2 year old wakes up with pain in his feet almost every night

My son is 2 years and 8 months old.

He tends to wake up almost every night holding his feet and crying from pain. It lasts around 30 mins of screaming and then he calms down and goes back to sleep. During the day he doesn’t complain. His sleep and routine got messed up during quarantine since the nursery closed down and we are in our apartment all day. We mentioned this to his pedia 3 months ago and he said he didn’t see anything concerning at the time. Anyone went through something similar? Sorry for the long post! Thanks!
