INSIGHT? Please help!

Hello ladies. This is my first month with a fertility clinic and so far I am just under surveillance. I had a positive opk CD 15 and peak opk on CD 16 plus EWCM so I did the deed both days. Today I had an ultrasound and it showed that my follicle was at 25 mm so my doctor says that I'm going to ovulate any moment now and advised that I do the deed every other day. I have been cramping today. Since I already did 2 days back to back should I also do it today? Does it look like I'm going to ovulate today or tomorrow? I cannot take bbt due to my thyroid meds so hence why I'm asking. I really want to do my best 😭
